Thanks to the first-class workmanship of the Patmark mini and the possibility to adjust the marking parameters in steps, you can make fine as well as deep markings.
The Patmark mini is equipped with a high-quality solid carbide needle and is therefore suitable for a wide range of materials. Both hard and soft materials can be marked without any problems. Marking coated or painted surfaces are also standard tasks for the device.

GEOMETRIES
Because the Patmark mini has a uniquely small contact surface, a wide variety of geometries can be marked. Both flat and cylindrical surfaces can be marked. The size of the component hardly plays a role for the Patmark mini.
For components with interfering contours, conventional dot peen markers often have no room and you have to resort to punch numbers again. This will not happen with the Patmark mini! Because the head of the dot peen marker is so compact, you can get to almost any place.

The free marking app for programming the Patmark mini, is extremely easy to use and requires no training time – the app is virtually self-explanatory. In just 3 steps, the app guides you to captive marking of your components.
After entering the marking text, you select the marking parameters with three simple selection buttons and you are ready to go.
A complementary Windows software is included with the Patmark mini and allows you to use extensive functions such as marking a 2D code, a logo and much more.

Thanks to the extensive accessories of the Patmark mini, cylindrical components such as tubes can be marked quickly and easily using the V-attachment or the marking legs. With the magnetic spacer, you can even use the dot peen marker hands-free.
