Our Precision MS S laser marking system is suitable for almost any production area due to its size. With a cabin size of 640 x 450 x 570 mm, it fits on any table. Especially smaller components are marked quickly & accurately with the Precision MS S marking laser. After opening the safety door, you have an optimal view of your component. The system is ideal for marking measuring equipment, tools, instruments or even turned parts.

Precision MS S | Setup
Setting up your Precision MS S laser marking system is quick and easy! With a T-slot plate in the marking laser’s workspace, you benefit from quick setup of your marking jobs. In the blink of an eye, you’ll have custom fixtures positioned for your various components, allowing you to mark with repeatable accuracy without a lot of hassle. The optional use of our focus finder simplifies the setup of the marking parameters to a maximum.

With our laser marking system Precision MS S, all metals as well as numerous plastics can be marked precisely and permanently. The laser marking system is equipped with a 20 Watt fibre laser as standard. This is ideally suited for most metals and plastics. However, it is also possible to increase the laser power up to 30 watts in order to realise even faster markings on certain materials!

GEOMETRIES
With the Precision MS S marking laser, you can laser mark both flat and round components of various sizes. Smaller components in particular can be positioned quickly and easily in the cabin. But larger workpieces can also be marked with the table system, depending on the marking field.

Precision MS S | Operation
The marking lasers of the Precision MS series are operated by a simply designed Windows software. The software is virtually self-explanatory and your employees hardly need any training time. Predefined parameters make it easy to set up marking jobs for a wide range of materials. With the help of the positioning laser, you can simulate the marking directly on your component, which shortens the set-up time enormously.

The Precision MS S laser marking system is supplied as standard with a manual height axis and safety door. However, the marking system can also be equipped with a software-controlled Z-axis. For better positioning of your components, we also offer customised fixtures. These are optimally adapted to our laser system and your components.

The laser marking systems of the Precision MS series are manufactured in Germany and are therefore subject to the highest quality requirements. Due to the individual production of the laser systems, you receive the right marking laser for your application and not a standard device from the production line.
The Windows software included in the scope of delivery is available for programming.
The delivery time is usually 8-12 weeks.
