Some dot peen markers of the Powerline series can be used both mobile and stationary. The devices differ only in the lettering field and the size. The wide range of models means that the right device is available for almost every application, both for small and large-area markings!
With the comfortable handle, the Powerline dot peen markers become mobile devices in no time at all, while the height-adjustable column allows stationary marking. The integration of the dot peen markers is made easy by intelligent interfaces.

Due to the robust construction of the Powerline dot peen markers and the use of compressed air, extremely deep markings of up to 1 mm can be produced in steel. This makes it possible to mark your components before surface treatment such as painting or coating. Legibility is guaranteed afterwards and for the entire life cycle. Your components are therefore marked securely and permanently!

The Powerline dot peen markers are equipped with a high-quality solid carbide needle. This can be used to mark both hard and soft materials. The marking of hardened steel or cast surfaces are standard tasks for the Powerline dot peen markers.

GEOMETRIES
The Powerline dot peen markers have a unique height compensation of the marking needle. Due to its length and the use of compressed air, it can compensate for unevenness of up to 14mm. This means that not only flat components but also cylindrical components or components with recesses can be marked.

Operation | Powerline
The Powerline dot peen markers are supplied with their intelligent external BRAIN control. The user interface is simply designed and requires hardly any training time or prior knowledge. No PC is required, so the Powerline dot peen markers are completely self-sufficient and can be used anywhere. The electronics are not located directly on the marking head and are therefore not exposed to vibrations.
The Powerline control Brain has a wide range of interfaces and functions. The marking of simple texts, automatic serial numbers or DataMatrix codes are standard applications.
