Marking laser | Laser source
Ytterbium fibre laser
Marking lasers with a Ytterbium fibre laser source are used for marking metals and plastics. The fibre laser convinces with its extremely long service life of 100,000 hours.
CO2 LASER
Marking lasers with a CO2 laser source are used for marking organic materials. A CO2 laser can only realise bright markings. Materials that can be marked include glass, wood and plastic.
UV Laser
Marking lasers with a UV laser source are used for marking plastics. A UV laser source can also be used to mark plastics to which no additives have been added.

FAQ
A cutting laser is usually a Co2 laser that is mainly suitable for cutting materials. A CO2 laser can also produce markings, but only bright markings on metal. A marking laser can be equipped with a Ytterbium fibre laser source or UV laser source and is only suitable for marking and not for cutting materials.
We would be happy to present our marking lasers to you in our demonstration facility and create free sample markings for you.
Many marking lasers are manufactured in Asia and imported to Germany. Saurer marking lasers are manufactured in Germany and are therefore subject to the highest quality standards. The lasers are also manufactured according to customer requirements.
The construction as well as the inner workings of our marking lasers are individually adapted to your needs. Both the design and the laser source and options are flexible.
The delivery time is usually 8-12 weeks.
